Our Nutrition Program at The Pack is very unique and is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”. This program is designed to teach you how to properly eat and build a healthy plan while taking into consideration your current eating habits. This is not a diet plan but a teaching program that focuses on knowledge and building skills one step at a time!

Focusing on increasing my veggie and water intake has helped me feel better overall. My stamina during workouts has increased, my stomach hurts less, and i don't get bloated/uncomfortable. I was surprised my skin is even less blotchy and my wrinkles are less visible. By focusing on healthy choices as a lifestyle and not a quick weight loss gimmick, I haven't had the urge to binge on things.
It's worth it. Getting the extra tolls and knowing someone is there to help you hold yourself accountable helps a lot. I snack less, eat more healthy meals, enjoy veggies and willingly drink my water. My kids have explored more veggies as well. Building habits is way better than dieting.
This program provides nutrition guidance in a very low stress manner. Not having to worry about weighing and measuring food alleviated a lot of stress.
Even while camping we made pretty good choices and made sure we loaded up with veggies when we could. During our snack time we went for veggies before chips, crackers, or sweets.
