In CrossFit, the focus is on ensuring the mechanics are performed correctly. Once you show consistency we then add intensity. It works because every move we perform engages the core and works multiple muscle groups at a time making it irreducible.
The Pack CrossFit is veteran owned and operated. We express our patriotism as we dedicate some workouts to fallen service men and woman and it is through this facet of our business that a feeling of community is invoked. We get to know one another on a personal level through the blood, sweat and tears we share together. In addition to the community that is developed within our walls we provide group personal training that is geared toward your abilities. We ensure that that the movements are performed correctly and we continuously provide information and training to help you achieve the necessary skills to succeed.
CrossFit is a core strength & conditioning program that delivers a fitness that is by design, broad, general, and inclusive. Elements of track & field, gymnastics, weightlifting, and strongman are combined in short intense daily workouts to maximize results for any individual. CrossFit teaches functional movement patterns, or, movements that you find in real life -pushing, pulling, squatting, jumping, throwing, carrying, and sprinting.
